Abstracts

The online abstract submission is available from 2 March 2015. Please submit your abstracts via the online abstract submission system before the deadline of 1 July 2015 23.59 hrs. (CET).
Abstract submitters will be notified of the reviewing outcome by email at the beginning of August 2015. An abstract/programme book is included in the congress bag.

Address & Accessibility Venue

The ESUI 2015 will take place at the Palau de Congressos de Catalunya which is easily accessible by public transport. Barcelona has an excellent public transport system connecting all parts of the city. Congress delegates will receive a transportation pass which is valid on all public transport within the city of Barcelona during the congress.

Certificate of Attendance

A Certificate of Attendance for the 4th Meeting of the EAU Section of Urological Imaging (ESUI), can be collected on the last day of the meeting via this website.

Cloakroom/Luggage

A cloakroom is available and is at participants’ disposal during congress hours. Please be sure to collect all personal belongings at the end of the day.

CME Accreditation

Information on CME accreditation will follow in due time.

Congress Bag

Each delegate can collect a congress bag which includes an abstract/programme book.

Electricity

Electricity supply in Barcelona is 220 Volts and the connection is made by a two-pin plug. Please be aware that delegates from the USA will require a voltage converter. Delegates from the United Kingdom will require a plug adapter and this is best bought in the UK as they are hard to find in Lisbon.

Exhibition

A technical exhibition will be organised jointly with the congress. For more information please contact Mrs. Lisette Schreuder.

First Aid

There will be a medical unit present for first aid in the congress venue. In case of emergency contact a security guard immediately.

Hotel Accommodation

MCI is the official housing agency, selected by the congress organiser, to be in charge of the hotel bookings for the ESUI 2015 Meeting. In due time a booking form will be added in order to reserve a hotel room. If you have any questions, please contact:

Insurance

The organisers do not accept responsibility for any personal damage. Participants are strongly recommended to arrange their own personal insurance.

Language

The meeting will be conducted in English, there will be no translation provided.

Lost and Found

Found items should be returned to the registration desk. If you lose something, please report to this desk for assistance.

Mobile Phones

The sound and flashlights of mobile phones must be switched off during all sessions.

Press Centre

Journalists and medical/science writers can obtain free registration to the Congress. Press registrations have to be made through the online registration system (preferred) or onsite at registration desk. All media operators must show their credentials (press card dated 2014/2015 and original assignment letter).

Journalists will receive a copy of the press pack and congress bag, to be picked up at the press centre. Internet access, fax machine, printer and photocopier are provided.

Safety

All bags may be subject to inspection. Security is present for your safety. Please take all personal effects with you when leaving the session rooms.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited inside the congress centre and the exhibition area.
